We produce independent films, theatre projects, video content & social media campaigns for films and plays. 

Laura Wagner, producer and founder at Bay Bridge productions, is the recipient of the Sundance Institute’s Creative Producing Fellowship, the San Francisco Film Society’s Kenneth Rainin Foundation Fellowship, and the IFP/Cannes Marche Du Film Producer’s Network Fellowship. She is also a Film Independent Fellow and alumna of the Trans Atlantic Partners program.

She was nominated for the Cassavetes Film Independent Spirit Award for producing the critically acclaimed feature film IT FELT LIKE LOVE, which premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival and International Film Festival Rotterdam. It also screened at MoMA, Viennale, London Film Festival BFI, Melbourne and more. IT FELT LIKE LOVE was nominated for a Gotham Award and two Film Independent Spirit Awards.

Laura has managed over fifty social media campaigns for including the independent films Safety Not Guaranteed and Clutter, the theatre and film star John Leguizamo, dozens of Broadway shows including Colin Quinn: Long Story Short, directed by Jerry Seinfeld, the long-running show Fuerzabruta, as well as theatrical companies including Mummenschanz and the Tectonic Theatre Company.

Her most recent feature film, EASY LIVING, received the Jerome Foundation Filmmaking Grant and the Film Independent AbelCine Grant and participated in U.S. in Progress at the Champs-Elysees Film Festival.

TRACKTOWN, which was supported through a residency at San Francisco Film Society’s FilmHouse and the Sundance Institute’s Creative Producing Lab, premiered at the LA Film Festival and will be released in 2017. MY FIRST KISS AND THE PEOPLE INVOLVED, which was supported by the Jerome Foundation Filmmaking Grant, also premiered at the LA Film Festival and is currently touring festivals.

Laura produced the feature film MEMORIAL DAY by Josh Fox (director of GASLAND), which premiered at the CineVegas Film Festival and at the IFC Center in New York. She was Associate Producer of the documentary JOHN LEGUIZAMO: TALES FROM A GHETTO KLOWN, which premiered on PBS, and she was Associate Producer of PULSE: A STOMP ODYSSEY, the award-winning Imax film that has played in theaters and museums around the globe.

She co-directed the short documentary, SKUNKED, which won both Best Short and Best Documentary at Hartford Flick Fest and Best of Metro DC at the DC Independent Film Festival. SKUNKED was developed at Barefoot Workshops in Marfa, Texas.

She is a member of the Independent Film Project, New York Women in Film and Television, Bay Area Women in Film and Media, the San Francisco Film Society, and Film Independent.
